REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, & EXCHANGES

We do not accept cancellations or exchanges at this time. If you are not satisfied with your order, please message us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please message us and send photos and we will send a replacement free of charge. If your item(s) break within one month of purchase, please send us a message with photos and we will be happy to send a replacement as long as the shipping cost in covered by the buyer.

LOST MAIL

Once your order is picked up by the USPS, Jewelry By Bailey B is no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package has been lost, file a "Missing Mail" claim with the United States Postal Service. If you would like to repurchase the lost item(s), please contact us and you can repurchase the item(s) at 10% off.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAX

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, Jewelry By Bailey B is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
